1. Overview & Local Processing

FlowTableStyler is a free, browser-based developer utility created and maintained by Ellis Karim. All style configuration, table rendering, sample data parsing, and Power Automate formula generation occur strictly client-side within your web browser. No operational table data, flow expressions, or sample payloads are uploaded, processed, or stored on external servers.

2. Cookies & Telemetry

This website does not require account registration, logins, or payment processing. However, third-party infrastructure and telemetry services are used:

• Cloudflare & Web Analytics: The website is delivered via Cloudflare’s global Content Delivery Network (CDN) for performance and DDoS mitigation, and we use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate traffic patterns. Cloudflare may process network-level telemetry and place operational security cookies to distinguish legitimate users from automated scrapers, but does not place tracking cookies on your device.

3. Managing and Opting Out of Cookies

You can prevent the storage of cookies or delete existing cookies at any time via your browser settings. Blocking cookies will not break the expression generator or preview tool.

4. Your Data Rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to request information regarding any personal data processed about you. Because telemetry data is pseudonymised, we generally hold no direct means of identifying you personally. For privacy queries, please reach out via LinkedIn or elliskarim.com.

1. Free Community Tool (“As Is”)

FlowTableStyler is provided free of charge for developer convenience on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind, whether express, statutory, or implied.

2. User Responsibility & Pre-Production Testing

The generated expressions manipulate HTML strings via nested replace() calls. You acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for testing and validating all generated expressions in a dedicated development or non-production environment before deploying them to live, production Power Automate flows.
• Email rendering engines differ significantly across desktop, web, and mobile clients (e.g. classic Outlook, modern Outlook, Gmail). You are responsible for ensuring outputs meet your organisation’s formatting, accessibility, and visual guidelines.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the author or maintainer be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, this tool or its generated formulas—including but not limited to broken cloud workflows, flow run failures, throttled API quotas, erroneous email outputs, or loss of business data.

4. Permitted Use & Intellectual Property

All generated Power Automate expressions and CSS snippets are provided under a royalty-free, perpetual licence. You are free to copy, modify, integrate, and deploy these formulas across both personal and commercial Microsoft Power Platform projects without attribution.
